In addition to teaching private and public classes, Erin is also the Yoga Director for Bay Club Marin, a large high-end health club located in Corte Madera, CA. Erin also teaches weekly classes for Lucas Films in San Francisco.

YIN & YANG YOGA A new class which honors and unites both Yin and Yang (opposites) in the body to create essential balance. In a Yin practice, long-held stretches and breathing techniques help to open tighter areas of the body like hips, hamstrings and the lower back. The Yang style of yoga is more fluidly active, enhancing the strength of our muscles. In this class, passive poses in the Yin tradition are skillfully woven together with more mindfully active (Yang) Taoist Yoga sequences. Taoist Yoga is a blend of Hatha Yoga and the sacred energy practices of Qi Gong (Chinese Yoga) . All levels welcome.
